Meet Our Team
Nancy Snyder
Nancy Snyder, MBA, (Owner/Administrator) has 40 years experience in the long-term care field. She has a Nursing Home Administrator License and is a Certified Activity Director and a Certified Dementia Care Coordinator.
Nancy has worked in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and with non-medical home care. She served as an administrator at two assisted living homes and has worked in all areas of the facility including activities, marketing and admissions, HR, scheduling and staffing, IT, financial both planning and actual billing and payroll.
Nancy also previously had a rental property management company and has made every venture she has been involved in successful by taking on most of these positions when the facility or department was failing in order to bring it into compliance and profitability.
Jennifer Butler
Jennifer Butler (Care Manager) has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years. She began her career as a CNA in 2000 and her most recent position has been as a client advocate for a home healthcare agency where she was responsible for talking with clients and scheduling assessments to determine the level of care needed.
Jennifer has vast knowledge of resident rights and has always been an advocate for the patients she serves. Her many years of office experience and as a scheduler in assisted living and memory care will provide confidence and security to clients.

What Is Long-Term Insurance and Why Do You Need It?
